Note: This is an initial application form only that will be used for pre-evaluation of your application.
RA 10173, or the Data Privacy Act, protects individuals from unauthorized processing of personal information that is (1) private, not publicly available; and (2) identifiable, where the identity of the individual is apparent either through direct attribution or when put together with other available information.

STEP 2
SUBMIT REQUIREMENTS TO OUR E-MAIL

To apply for the loan, you’ll need to provide the following requirements:
- POEA Contract
- Passport and Seaman’s Book
- Eregistration
- Tatak ng huling sakay sa SIRB
- 2 Valid IDs (SEAFARER)
- 2 Valid IDs (Coborrower)
- Proof of Billing
- Marriage Contract (If Married)
- COC (For Officer)
Additional Requirments for Onboard
- Boarding Pass
- Allotment Certificate
NOTE: You no longer need to submit original copies of your requirements. A photocopy, scanned copy, or even a clear picture is sufficient.
