OUR MISSION
KABARO SEAMAN’S LOAN

HOW IT ALL BEGAN:
A HEARTWARMING JOURNEY
In December 2021, a remarkable journey began with Christine Joy Luarca, a compassionate former employee of a financial company specializing in loans for seafarers. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by these maritime heroes, Christine took a bold step to create a supportive community on Facebook called Kabaro Seaman’s Loan.
Christine understood that applying for a loan could be particularly daunting for seafarers. Often, they found themselves navigating the complex process alone, without guidance or someone to follow up on their applications. This realization ignited a passion within her to make a difference. She envisioned a space where seafarers could find not just financial assistance, but also a sense of understanding and support.
Kabaro Seaman’s Loan was born out of this vision—an online consultancy dedicated to helping seafarers tackle their financial hurdles. With a heartfelt commitment to understanding each client’s needs, Christine and her team took on the responsibility of processing loan applications. They were determined to ensure that every seafarer, regardless of their circumstances, received the help they deserved.
Driven by empathy and a deep appreciation for the sacrifices made by seafarers, Christine promised that all loan applications would be handled with care and diligence. In this nurturing environment, seafarers could find not just solutions, but also a community that truly cared about their well-being. Thus, Kabaro Seaman’s Loan became a beacon of hope for many, illuminating the path toward financial stability for those who courageously navigate the seas.
